EGLAN is a four year old child, who like many others survivors in the Ogaden Region, lives at IFO Refugee Camp, Northern Kenya.

EGLAN lives with her parents and her  future is uncertain. This young vibrant child should be looking forward to growing up in a peaceful, serene and exciting enviroment. EGLAN is severley disabled and there is no available treatment for her condition! His young mind is probably unable to conceive why such a tragedy has come upon them, but you can make little EGLAN’S life just that little bit easier.
